Users (fans / customers)
What is Cashbou and how does the app work?
Cashbou connects fans, merchants and clubs / NPOs. Customers buy vouchers or pay partners with CP wallet and earn cashback. Merchants issue vouchers and rewards; clubs receive part of fan purchase support. Everything runs in the browser — profile, Cashbou Wallet and Fans Arena in one place.
How do I register?
Open the Register page, fill in your details and pick a role: User (fan), Merchant, or Club / NPO. Verify email and phone as prompted. Partner (Scout) is activated later for existing users.
Which roles can I choose?
At signup: User (buys vouchers, earns CP), Merchant (issues vouchers and cashback), Club / NPO (receives fan support). Admin, Accountant and Partner are not public signup — Partner (My team – Scouts) is enabled later in profile.
How do I buy or pay as a customer?
Register as User (fan), verify email and phone. Pick a partner voucher, pay, and after approval cashback lands in your CP wallet. At CP-enabled venues you confirm payment in the app on your phone. Set your supported club in profile.
What is cashback and how do I get it?
Cashback is part of a purchase credited to Cashbou Wallet as CP after processing. Buy a partner voucher or pay at a connected POS; CP appears in your wallet. With Dotykačka, cashback can follow a closed cash/card receipt.
What are CP?
CP (Cashbou Points) are main reward points from cashback, stored in Cashbou Wallet (CW). Use them in the marketplace, leaderboards, partner payments and more. Buyer cashback in CW expires after 12 months from crediting (see CP expiry FAQ); scout commissions do not expire.
Do CP in the wallet expire? Which ones and when?
Yes — but only buyer cashback from purchases (voucher, peer/offline cashback and related buyer rewards). Unused amounts expire 12 months after they were credited: CP are deducted from the wallet, the same amount is credited as CFP 1:1, and CCP lifetime may increase per program rules. The wallet may show the nearest expiry if you have expiring cashback. Scout commissions from My team – Scouts, CP top-ups and other non-expiring CP types are not subject to this expiry. Where do I see CP in my wallet?
After login, open Profile or Cashbou Wallet for CP balance and history. For missing CP, choose “CP wallet issues” in the contact form.
What is CFP and Fans Arena?
CFP (Fans Cashbou Points) are Fans Arena points — wall posts, daily bonuses, match tips (no financial risk) and leaderboard rewards. Fans Arena is the community area for fans and clubs.
What is CCP?
CCP (Community Cashbou Points) reflect community reputation and activity — especially in Fans Arena and leaderboards.
How do I support my club as a fan?
As a User (fan), pick a supported club / NPO in your profile. Part of your purchase cashback at partners goes to that club. Fans Arena activity can help the club too.

Merchants (venues)
I run a venue — what do I do in Cashbou?
Register as Merchant, activate your account and complete your venue profile. Issue vouchers with cashback, accept CP payments at checkout and track sales in profile. You can connect Dotykačka POS for receipts and automatic cashback / in-app payment. Daily summaries are emailed and available under Sales.
What is Dotykačka × Cashbou?
Dotykačka stays your POS (cash, card, receipts). Cashbou adds loyalty: with the customer phone on the receipt you can trigger cashback (cash/card) or an in-app CP payment request. You do not install Cashbou inside the Dotykačka tablet — one-time cloud OAuth in the merchant profile.
How do I connect Dotykačka to Cashbou?
Log in as merchant → Profile → Dotykačka → Connect Dotykačka (or /dotykacka/connect). Approve cloud access in Dotykačka’s browser. Full guide: footer link Dotykačka or /dotykacka.
Cash or card payment at Dotykačka (cashback)?
Staff enters amount and customer phone in Dotykačka; customer pays at the register; receipt is closed as paid. Cashbou pays cashback from the venue’s CP wallet by phone match — no second payment in the app. Keep enough CP on the merchant wallet.
Paying via Cashbou app at the register?
Customer pays via Cashbou: amount + phone in Dotykačka; do not close as card-paid yet. Customer confirms CP in the Cashbou app. Then close the receipt in Dotykačka. No customer QR on the POS display is required.
Why is the customer phone required on the receipt?
Phone (or external ID / referral code) links the receipt to the right customer. Without it, cashback and in-app payment requests cannot be sent reliably. Enter it in the receipt note or external ID field in Dotykačka.
Where is the Dotykačka guide?
Public guide at /dotykacka (footer link). Merchants also see connection status and a staff summary under Profile → Dotykačka. Dotykačka API approval is handled with Cashbou support.
Do I get a daily sales summary email?
Active merchants get a morning summary (around 6:00 Europe/Prague) for the previous day: vouchers, CP payments and Dotykačka. In-app notification is always on; inbox delivery needs Resend env on the server (`CASHBOU_RESEND_API_KEY`, `CASHBOU_TRANSACTIONAL_EMAIL_FROM`). Download daily PDF under Sales in profile.

Clubs / NPO
How does a club or NPO register?
On Register, choose Club / NPO, fill in organization details and verify email and phone. After activation the club has a profile in the clubs catalog, receives fan support and can use Fans Arena (campaigns, fan wall).
How does the club receive fan support?
Fans select your club as supported in Cashbou. From their approved voucher purchases and cashback, a share goes to the club per platform rules. See overview in the club profile after login.
What is Fans Arena for clubs?
Fans Arena is the community area for fans and clubs — wall, match tips, tournaments and merchant partnerships. Clubs can run campaigns and grow community around the team.

My team – Scouts
What is My team – Scouts?
My team – Scouts (SP) is Cashbou’s partner program: grow a network under your referral code and earn partner rewards in CP from their purchases and activity. Available for Users, Merchants and Clubs / NPO — see Profile → My team – Scouts (SP) after login.
Who can join My team?
Existing accounts (User, Merchant or Club / NPO) from age 16. Partner is not a signup role — activate later in profile under My team – Scouts (SP). Bank payout of scout CP in CZK is from age 18 with a valid entrepreneur ID (IČ).
Who is an active scout and what must I complete?
An active scout in Cashbou is a user who simultaneously: (1) has role User, Merchant, Club / NPO or legacy Partner, (2) bought a My team license of at least Captain with verified partner activation, (3) confirmed My team – Scouts cooperation terms in profile. All three steps are required — e.g. Captain alone without accepted terms is not enough for network and commissions. Steps: Profile → My team – Scouts → accept cooperation terms → buy Captain+ license. CZK bank payout of scout CP additionally requires age 18+ with valid entrepreneur ID (IČ).
How do I activate My team – Scouts?
Open My team – Scouts (SP) in profile, read and accept cooperation terms, then buy a license of at least Captain for CP from Cashbou Wallet. After payment verification (verified) and recorded cooperation terms consent you are an active scout — network, commissions and related features unlock. Higher ranks (Coach to President) expand rules and shares.
How do referral code and network work?
Each active partner has a referral code and link / QR. New users can register with your code and join your My team network (several leagues depending on rank and program rules). Network stats are in profile under My team.
What do League 1–4 mean in My team?
A league is depth in your referral network (not your Captain–President license). League 1 = direct invites with your code; Leagues 2–4 = further levels below, up to the depth allowed by your rank and program rules. In profile under My team – Scouts you see counts and members by league (L1–L4).
What rewards and Scout leaderboards are there?
Partner rewards from network purchases credit to your CP wallet after license activation. Player / Scout of the Month and Year rank CP volume (Scout ranks team volume of buyers). CCP reflects community standing including My team. Full rules and % are in the SP section in profile.
How do I pay out scout CP to a bank account?
In My team – Scouts fill scout billing details (8-digit IČ, address, account). Request CP payout in CZK via supplier invoice — requires age 18+, valid IČ, active partner program and admin approval. Not the same as regular CP top-up in wallet.
Terms and what is not a legal claim?
An active scout must have recorded consent to My team – Scouts cooperation terms in profile (SP panel). You acknowledge no legal claim to CP/CCP and that results depend on network activity and platform rules. A summary of the scout program and buyer cashback expiry is also in the terms of service at /terms; full cooperation text is in profile.
