My team – Scouts compensation plan

Stand-alone document for commissions and rewards in My team – Scouts (SP). It forms an integral part of Cashbou terms of service.

1. Definitions and related documents

This compensation plan ("CP plan") sets parameters for commissions and rewards in My team – Scouts on Cashbou.

It supplements Cashbou terms of service and the My team – Scouts cooperation terms you accept in profile. On CP/CCP nature and payouts, cooperation terms prevail; on cashback share amounts, this plan and the app implementation prevail.

  • CP: loyalty units in Cashbou Wallet, not money or e-money.
  • CCP: cumulative community points; not money. Credited per section 5.
  • Cashback: CP returned after an approved sale before split under this plan.
  • League L1–L4: referral network depth, not the paid Captain–President rank.
  • Active scout: user meeting cooperation terms and VOP (Captain+ license, verified activation, accepted cooperation terms).
  • NW share: part of cashback for scouts in upline up to 4 levels.

2. Eligibility for network rewards

Network commissions (section 3) are paid only to active scouts at credit time. Others in the invite chain are skipped; their share may lapse per section 3.5.

  • Roles: User, Merchant, Club / NPO or legacy Partner.
  • License: at least Captain paid; partner activation verified.
  • Cooperation terms accepted in profile.
  • Age: 16+ in app; CZK CP payout from scout program 18+ with valid Czech IČ per cooperation terms.

3. Cashback split (vouchers and approved sales)

Where the platform uses standard My team split (typically voucher purchase after approval), cashback CP is allocated as follows:

  • Buyer: 50%.
  • Supported club / NPO: 10% — only if buyer selected a listed club.
  • NW total (max): 10% — up to 4 upline levels: L1 4%, L2 3%, L3 2%, L4 1%.
  • Remainder: platform operations; unallocated NW (up to 10% cap) may go to Global points pool.

3.1. Upline chain

The platform walks invitedByReferralCode upward; up to 4 NW levels for active scouts. Non-scouts are skipped.

3.2. Minimum rank per NW level

Lower rank: amount is recorded as missed NW (vault opportunity), not credited to wallet until rules allow.

  • L1: Captain+.
  • L2: Coach+.
  • L3: Manager+.
  • L4: Director+.

3.3. B2B marketplace

B2B marketplace purchases: 50% buyer, 50% platform only — no club, NW or NW global pool accrual.

3.4. Other sale types

Club dropshipping, peer cashback and other modules may have specific rules; unless stated otherwise for approved voucher cashback, section 3 applies.

4. CP expiry

Standard buyer cashback may expire after 12 months per terms. Scout NW shares, merchant acquisition bonus and Premium scout pool rewards under this plan are not subject to that buyer cashback expiry.

5. CCP

Separate from NW percentages. After approved sale with cashback, direct inviter (L1) who is active scout may receive floor(cashbackCp / 20) CCP. Only direct inviter, not full upline.

6. Ranks Captain–President

License purchase in profile for CP at current CP/EUR rate. Reference EUR prices:

  • Captain — 100 EUR.
  • Coach — 500 EUR.
  • Manager — 1 500 EUR.
  • Director — 3 000 EUR.
  • President — 10 000 EUR.

6.1. CP conversion

CP due = EUR price × cpPerEur at purchase time. Admin offers may vary; profile shows current price.

7. One-off and special rewards

  • New merchant referral: 500 CP to inviting active scout (separate from Premium payment).
  • Merchant Premium scout tree: 30% of Premium net excl. VAT split across up to 4 levels with weights 40/30/20/10 of that pool.

8. Arena PRO

Arena PRO subscription (500 CP/month): 200 CP platform, 300 CP network as fixed amounts L1–L5: 90, 75, 60, 45, 30 CP. L5 requires President. Unpaid shares stay with platform (no automatic global pool).

9. Changes

The operator may change this plan with future effect. Current text is always on this page. No legal claim to CP/CCP crediting (see cooperation terms).

10. Legal note

Participation is not employment or agency unless a separate written agreement exists.
