Dotykačka × Cashbou
How to connect your Dotykačka POS with Cashbou, identify customers by phone, and handle cash/card vs in-app CP payments.

What the integration does
Dotykačka stays your POS — receipts, cash, cards, meal vouchers.
Cashbou adds loyalty: CP wallet payment or cashback after in-store payment.
Cashbou is not installed on the Dotykačka tablet — one-time OAuth from your merchant profile.
How to connect (one-time)
- Sign in to Cashbou as a merchant.
- Open Profile → Dotykačka section.
- Click Connect Dotykačka.
- Allow cloud access in Dotykačka.
- Return to Cashbou — status should show connected.
If the button is missing, contact Cashbou support — server-side OAuth must be configured.
At the counter
Ask the customer: pay cash/card or via Cashbou app?
Always record the customer phone in Dotykačka (note or external ID, e.g. +420777123456).

Phone in Dotykačka → pay at POS → close receipt → Cashbou pays cashback from merchant wallet.

Amount + phone (receipt not closed as card-paid yet) → customer confirms CP in app → then close receipt.

Enter amount and customer phone.

Cashback from merchant CP wallet to customer (no CP debit from customer).
Cashbou app (CP) payment

Amount + phone; do not close as card-paid before CP confirm.

In-app notification to customer (PWA push planned for beta).

Confirms CP transfer on their phone.

Close receipt after confirmation.
Staff should not
- Install Cashbou from the Dotykačka app store on the tablet.
- Force customers to scan a QR on the POS screen for app payment.
- Close as card-paid before CP is confirmed when customer pays via app.
Technical (Cashbou ops)
OAuth registration and server env are handled by Cashbou operations, not the store staff.
